Hero Codes End-User License Agreement (EULA)

1. License Grant:
   - Free Tier ($0): You may use the code for personal, non-commercial projects only. No redistribution or resale allowed.
   - Business Tier ($369): You may use the code to build unlimited commercial websites for yourself or clients. No redistribution, resale, or sharing of the source code.
   - Money Maker Tier ($389): You may use the code to build unlimited commercial websites, including e-commerce and subscription sites, for yourself or clients. No redistribution, resale, or sharing of the source code.
   - All tiers: The code is licensed, not sold. Hero Codes retains all ownership and intellectual property rights.

2. Restrictions:
   - You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or share the code except as permitted above.
   - You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from the code.
   - You may not use the code in illegal or unauthorized ways (e.g., piracy, unlicensed use).

3. Payment:
   - Access to Business and Money Maker tiers requires a one-time payment. No refunds after 30 days (per our guarantee).
   - Free tier is provided at no cost but subject to stricter usage limits.

4. Termination:
   - The license terminates if you violate these terms (e.g., sharing or reselling the code).
   - Upon termination, you must destroy all copies of the code.

5. Warranty & Liability:
   - The code is provided “as-is” with no warranties. Hero Codes is not liable for damages from use.
   - Includes a 30-day money-back guarantee for Business and Money Maker tiers.

6. Support:
   - Lifetime updates included for Money Maker tier. Limited support for Business tier; no support for Free tier.
